Purdue University, in the interest of improving the quality of the students’ residence experience, has been remodeling existing and building new facilities to provide a wider variety of food choices and dining formats.
Harrison Grille replaces one of two former serving-line style dining rooms that served three meals daily from a shared kitchen. The consolidation program dictated that one room be closed and the other room reprogrammed as a retail establishment, serving beverages, snacks, and light meals after regular dining hours. The kitchen remains to serve the remodeled facility.
