Freedom Academy, a Childcare Ministry, is a two-storey, 10,900 square foot building located in the Herron-Morton Historic District. The masonry and metal panel building, sits adjacent to Freedom Church and across the alley and street from historic homes. Given the historic nature of the area, the building design had to be respectful of its surroundings, yet utilize contemporary materials.
